Windows cleaned & gutters cleared for the first time yesterday. Simple booking process, very good prompt communication via email. Operative arrived 8am, very nice pleasant young man, got on with the job and I now have clear gutters ( which he said weren't particularly blocked so I could have discount!) . The windows were left wet with droplets of water but they all dried streak & spot free -in spite of the drizzle and are now lovely & clean. Frames, sills & doors all nice & clean too. Very happy with the service, Thankyou

This company might be ok at cleaning windows but i was disappointed with the clean of my conservatory roof. To be fair, one side of my roof has access issues but even the accessible sides still have some moss on the rubbers between the frame and the glass. Getting them to attend at a convenient time so i can facilitate access has also proven too difficult. I don't want to be unfair to this company as i don't think they set out to disappoint and i am sure they can do a straight forward job well. They have also tried to re book me but we have yet to find a mutually convenient day. Unfortunately for me i still have a roof which needs cleaning. Perhaps my exceptions are too high? Following this review i am pleased to up rate from 2 to 4 stars. David contacted me and was keen to put things right immediately. I accept that even good companies get things wrong once in a while. He took the criticism constructively and just wanted a happy customer. Well done David and thank you.

Always do a great job and would highly recommend. They let you know when they are coming, have a simple method of payment and are always polite and friendly.

Just had a our dormer flat roofs replaced and because of the state they were in they had to clear all th water and grime from the roof resulting in the windows and cladding being affected contacted plumtree arranged a price and day Jeff Yates arrived on the day arranged didn't know he was here got on with the work very polite and professional and has made a brilliant job considering the weather first time using plumtree will be using them from now on thanks again Jeff for brilliant job done!

Great service, Owen did a great job, Windows the cleanest they’ve been in 10 years. The system was flexible enough to reach right around our house to clean the back with no difficulty. Plumtree very helpfully arranged for us to be cleaned last as we’d forgotten to open the gate and had to get home. Thank you!
